Peter Macdonald, President – Tenant Works, Inc.
I started in the industry in 1984 as a project estimator. I worked my way up through the field and into the office.
Peter worked for 2 general contractors over 10 years then decided to begin Tenant Works as he realized he enjoyed the challenge of the construction business, working with all the parties involved from, ownership, broker, tenant, space planner, building managers and city building departments to bring together a successful completion of a project. We fully believe harmonious relationships lead to better communications and a more complete and comfortable project experience.
Our work has included retail, medical, office, facilities, and sporting facilities including the Anaheim Ducks Training Facility.
