Tenant Works Inc. is a licensed General Contractor specializing in tenant improvement work in office buildings throughout Southern California mainly in Orange County since being founded in 1994 by Peter Macdonald, President. Peter worked for 3 general contracting companies over 10 years, which inspired him to start “Tenant Works”. Peter realized he enjoyed the challenge and variety of the construction business. Peter and Tenant Works Inc. have been privileged to work with Quality Landlords, Property Management teams, Private and Public Companies.
Tenant Works Inc. has built out full floors, facility improvements as well as “multi-phase” remodels with precision execution.
